Henry Roberts

Henry Roberts opened the original Two Hands Café in New York City’s Nolita neighborhood in 2014. Over the past eight years, he has expanded the Two Hands concept and opened Two Hands restaurants in NYC’s TriBeCa, NoHo, and Williamsburg neighborhoods and in Austin, Texas and Nashville, Tennessee. 

Henry has a bachelor’s degree in Music and Entertainment from the Australian Institute of Music. He is an avid cook and the owner of Stockwood Farms, a Hudson Valley-based operation that supplies beef and pork to Two Hands as well as retail and direct-to-consumer sales.
