Barney Hannagan grew up in a small town called Hawker in the heart of the Flinders Ranges in Southern Australia. Since 2004, he has been working at cafés and restaurants in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the U.S. Barney’s passion lies within the Australian-style cafe business model and open-fire cooking. His menus showcase diverse cultural flavors, vibrant presentation techniques, and responsible food sourcing and preparation methods.
Barney helped launch Two Hands in Austin, Texas in 2020. Now, as Two Hands’ culinary director, he oversees culinary operations for Two Hands locations across the U.S.
