Chilton Smith

Beverage Director

Chilton Smith is a born and raised Texan who now resides in Denver, Colorado. She grew up around southern hospitality and, from the age of 16, worked with her family’s food business and restaurant. During her nearly 13-year stint in Austin, Texas, she ran bar programs at several well-known and respected establishments, including MML Hospitality properties, and furthered her education with programs like Camp Runamok and Bar Institute Econo.

Chilton's time with Two Hands started in 2020 as a bartender at the Austin location. After moving up to lead the bar program and helping open new locations in Nashville and Denver, she worked her way up to her current role as beverage director.
