Director of Operations (TN)

With over 20 years of operations experience under his belt, Jorge has taken on the role of Director of Operations for the Tennessee market. Coming up in the Chicago culinary scene, Jorge contributed to many of the Midwest’s elite restaurant groups, including BOKA at GT Prime steakhouse, KDK, Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse, and Cornerstone.

In his free time, Jorge enjoys cooking at home with a nice glass of wine in hand and a record from his collection playing in the background. On a brisk night, you may find him on his deck with a Cuban cigar, surrounded by plants and next to his Jack Russell Terrier, Molly.
