Raised in Chicago, Jorge  began his hospitality career at 16, working in the kitchen before steadily rising through the ranks. Throughout his career, he gained experience with several of Chicago's most renowned restaurant groups, building a strong foundation in culinary operations, leadership, and exceptional hospitality.

 Jorge leads with a people-first philosophy, focusing on developing high-performing teams, delivering memorable guest experiences, and driving operational excellence. He believes that a strong culture, accountability, and genuine hospitality along with his passion for mentoring future leaders  is the foundation of long-term success.

Outside of work, Jorge enjoys cooking, exploring new trails with his life partner and their dog, and relaxing with a good cigar. He is passionate about bringing people together through great food, meaningful experiences, community outreach, and a commitment to continuous growth, both personally and professionally.
